Hi Kathy,
I got your wonderful message, and thank you. Your two young ones are certainly chips off the old block (image of their father). I wanted to commend you on their upbringing.

Well, I really can only speak for Baiden. It is obvious that his family played such a vital role in who he is today, for he speaks so fondly, and incessantly of them, and of those invaluable lessons he was taught particularly by his father and his "grandpa".

Kathy, what a courteous, respectful, well-behaved young man you have there. I am so fond of him that I call him my "little brother." I never had a little brother -- you see -- only older brothers, whom my father allowed me to beat up on because I was a girl.

Baiden and Joanna are two of my most favorite people on Gather. My hat's off to you again for a childrearing job well done. You have a fine young man there.

Oh, and I just wanted to say that I read your comment on my article from yesterday morning.

I know that it takes a lot for them to come out and all, which is why I generally give them my time. I understand and know how important it is to their and my religion as well to evangelize, but there is a right and a wrong way to do it.

I have family members who are jehovah's witness, ex jehovahs witness and I have been to temple myself with family. I know what they believe and I know how they view and feel about other christians.

As a Catholic I go about things differently, reading your article about joanna this morning is how I like to be reminded of how I think the best way to go about spreading your religion should be done. People gravitate towards good people, people that are selfless and help without being asked- their message will be heard by people with open ears.

That is how I like to do things myself.
